Privacy Policy

Effective June 20, 2026. This policy explains what information kbpick collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

Information you provide

If you email [email protected] or use a mailto link on the site, we receive the email address, message content, and any details you choose to include so we can respond to corrections, product updates, checklist requests, partnership questions, privacy requests, or reader feedback.

Site operations and cookies

kbpick does not require visitors to create accounts, leave comments, submit payment information, or join an automated newsletter. The site may process standard hosting logs, such as request time, URL, browser type, referring page, and IP address, for security, debugging, and aggregate performance review. kbpick does not currently run a personalized advertising stack or site-level analytics cookies.

Affiliate and third-party links

kbpick links to software vendors and other third-party websites. Some outbound links may be affiliate links when clearly disclosed near the link or in site disclosures. Those third parties may use their own cookies, analytics, forms, or tracking after you leave kbpick, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

How information is used

Information sent to kbpick is used to respond to the request, review corrections, send requested checklist information when available, improve editorial coverage, maintain site security, and keep records of reader or vendor communications when needed.

Email retention

Editorial and privacy emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request, preserve correction history, or maintain ordinary business records. You can request deletion of a prior message by emailing [email protected] with enough context to identify it.

Privacy requests

To ask a privacy question, request deletion of a message you sent, or correct information in a prior request, email [email protected] with enough context to identify the communication.
